Oak Processionary Moth Control Service

Tender description

The Contractor shall carry out scalable services required by authorities in line with a programme, which shall be developed and delivered by the Contractor annually, to successfully control the Oak Processionary Moth pest. The services will be undertaken during a period of approximately four weeks between larval stages L1 and L3. The Contractor shall advise Council of the date for commencement of services.<br/>The services cover the London Borough of Richmond and Wandsworth Borough Council may also utilise this Contract. This length of this contract is 3 years, with a 2 year extension at the absolute discretion of Council. Lot 1: The protection, improvement and management of OPM is of primary importance to the Borough’s residents, who rate the quality of the environment as a priority. The contractor will be required to demonstrate an ability to provide an efficient, successful service.<br/>The Councils are seeking to appoint single service provider for the provision and delivery of Oak Processionary Moth Control service.
