Net Zero Sustainable Transport Strategy and Action Plan - Brecon Beacons National Park Authority

Brecon Beacons National Park Authority (BBNPA) would like to commission consultants to prepare an innovative net zero transport strategy for the Brecon Beacons National Park. The strategy will develop a framework and initiatives to help address key challenges faced by the National Park including the management of visitor pressures, decarbonisation and the transition to net zero, and supporting the development of resilient, thriving and prosperous communities. The strategy will build on existing work and current initiatives and policy objectives at a local, regional and national level to identify solutions and opportunities to support sustainable communities and address the pressures of visitors on local infrastructure whilst enhancing visitor experience and furthering the net zero agenda. It will develop an action plan and outline business cases for prioritised interventions.
