Monaghan County Council are seeking to commission suitability qualified and experienced Consultants to prepare a comprehensive feasibility study and strategic assessment report for a proposed swimming pool and leisure complex in Carrickmacross town. The consultancy services required for the provision of a meaningful feasibility study and strategic assessment report may require varying levels of input from different consultancy disciplines.
