Wychavon District Council is inviting tenders for the installation of outdoor gym equipment and the associated groundworks in Corporation Meadow, Evesham. The work is in a public park, which inevitably could be busy at times so health and safety is paramount. It is acceptable to close off the work areas during the period of the work. The area is prone to flooding and your tender must take this into consideration. We encourage you to make a site visit and will not accept additional costs resulting from a failure to visit the site prior to submitting tenders. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
