CBC have appointed a contractor to Garage Conversion with Extension Works - HALL SCHEME and SNUG SCHEME and associated works at a local resident`s property. TWO SCHEMES MUST BE PRICED TOGETHER. IF ONE IS PRICED BUT NOT THE OTHER, THE TENDER WILL BE INVALID. THE GOAL IS TO ESTABLISH THE COST DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO SCHEMES.
