Adnodd is seeking a human resource (HR) expert to assist in the development of an HR structure in a start-up environment. The firm appointed must be familiar and have proven experience with an arm's length body of the government, understanding the issues that come with a start-up organisation.Adnodd is seeking an expert in HR strategy development to work with the CEO to build the frameworks required from a start-up. In addition to this, the chosen bidder will be required to develop policy and organisation design. Adnodd regards the following as key requirements in meeting its needs (including but not limited to): Organisational design and development, Policies and procedures Contracts of employment and terms & conditions, Practicalities
