WNC's Hardware Refresh - Procurement of Workforce IT hardware, peripherals and associated services

Tender description

This call off agreement is for hardware products (desktops, laptops, and screens) and related services (Asset Tagging, Image Loading and Delivery Services), based on council's identified requirement for hardware refresh. The call off agreement in accordance with the direct award provisions of the Northamptonshire Police ICT VAR Framework Agreement (Reference Number CN100220(2-9), OJEU Reference 2019/S 193-469706). This call off agreement has been concluded to have business continuity for services on account of pressing delivery timelines. Please note that the contracting authority did conduct a further competition through CCS Framework Technology Products & Associated Services (Lot 2) (RM6068) during October-November 2022 . This was conducted via WNC's e procurement system in-tend system, however, there were no compliant bids.
