Tender description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council has paid Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) on the purchase of properties over a number of years. The council has used receipts under section 19 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (this legislation covers 1-4-1 receipts). The council understands that it may be possible to reclaim the SDLT paid and are looking for a supplier to support the council in making appropriate claims to HMRC. The council has detailed records of SDLT paid including values paid, dates of payments made, reference numbers, property addresses.
