Supplier Engagement Event for Cumbria County Council Transport Tenders

<p>Dear Operator Supplier engagement events are being held by Microsoft Teams to inform current and potential providers of passenger transport services about the forthcoming School Transport and Day Care Services tenders for routes in the following areas: Appleby, Kendal, Keswick, Kirkby Lonsdale, Kirkby Stephen, Milnthorpe, Penrith, Sedbergh, Windermere. These sessions will provide detail about the forthcoming transport tendering opportunities plus information about our Dynamic Purchasing System and how to apply for it (if you have not already been accepted onto it), submitting bids, and getting contract ready. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions. These events will be held (via Microsoft Teams) on: • Thursday 2 February 2023 at 11:00 until 12:00 • Friday 3 February 2023 at 12:00 until 14:00 If you wish to attend one of these sessions, please email procurement.transport@cumbria.gov.uk by 12:00 noon Tuesday 31 January 2023 with names of those who wish to attend, company name, contact details (including e-mail address), which event you wish to attend and any special requirements you may have. Spaces are limited for each of the events so we are allowing a maximum of 2 people per operator; additionally, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis so please respond promptly to secure your space.</p> Keywords: Transport
