Stock Condition Surveys - Domestic Stock Condition Surveys - Non Domestic Asset Management Services The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions. Lot 1A: LOT 1A - Stock Condition Surveys - Domestic - Direct Award Framework The undertaking of Stock Condition Surveys and provision of reports on domestic social housing dwellings and their related assets Lot 1B: LOT 1B - Stock Condition Surveys - Domestic - Mini Competition Framework The undertaking of Stock Condition Surveys and provision of reports on domestic social housing dwellings and their related assets Lot 2A: LOT 2A - Stock Condition Surveys - Non-Domestic - Direct Award Framework The undertaking of Stock Condition Surveys and provision of reports on non-domestic buildings and their related assets Lot 2B: LOT 2B - Stock Condition Surveys - Non-Domestic - Mini Competition Framework The undertaking of Stock Condition Surveys and provision of reports on non-domestic buildings and their related assets Lot 3A: LOT 3A - Asset Management Services - Direct Award Framework Provision of consultancy services in connection with the asset management of domestic social housing and corporate, commercial and/or communal facilities. The services may include the undertaking of validation surveys for business planning purpose, validation of EPC and DEC data, option appraisals on sites with potential for redevelopment, preparation or reviews of asset management strategy documentation, and general consultancy services Lot 3B: LOT 3B - Asset Management Services - Mini Competition Framework Provision of consultancy services in connection with the asset management of domestic social housing and corporate, commercial and/or communal facilities.
