The Rural Development Trust wishes to commission an Active Travel project which links the villages of Glespin and Douglas in rural South Lanarkshire, to enable local people to choose walking, cycling, and wheeling for everyday functional journeys. The project builds on previous work undertaken through Smarter Choices Smarter Places projects and complements existing work developing community mapping.
