Tender description
The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for provision of the design, development and maintenance of an integrated online information technology solution for the assessment, case management and reporting to support the Healthy Age Friendly Homes Programme, Age Friendly Ireland. This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU as transposed into Irish law by the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations” 3.1 Project Objective The Healthy Age Friendly Homes Programme seeks to provide the design, development and maintenance of an integrated online information technology solution for the assessment, case management and reporting to support the Healthy Age Friendly Homes Programme, Age Friendly Ireland. This new system will replace the existing solutions used as part of the pilot phase of the programme. The systems used as part of phase 1 included: • FastField (Merge Mobile) mobile forms for the assessment • SUGAR CRM for case management and recording of actions (work orders) • Tableau for reporting purposes Arc GIS mapping solution was also used as part of phase 1 and any new solution will require integration capability with same. See Appendix 1 Draft as-is process map attached for indicative purpose See Appendix 2 Existing assessment form Phase 2 of the Healthy Age Friendly Homes will commence in May 2023, and it is the intention that any solution will be operational for the national roll out of phase 2 of the programme.
