Education Boundary Fencing Works

Tender description

The States of Guernsey, through the Committee for Education Sports and Culture are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suppliers for boundary fencing works across different school sites here in Guernsey. The works must be undertaken during the school holiday periods, ideally throughout 2023. There are currently three site locations that have been identified and there will be the opportunity to be awarded other works if required later. Each site will be allocated as Lots 1, 2 and 3. The award could be combined, but may be awarded to different suppliers’ dependant on availability and cost. Details of the sites will be prepared and will be available prior to RFQ. School holiday dates are as follow. Easter Holiday - 7th April / 21st April May Holiday - 29th May / 2nd June Summer Holiday - 21st July / 1st Sep Oct Holiday - 23rd Oct / 27th Oct The three site locations and requirements are as follow. Castel Primary School- Zaun 1800mm hoop top steel vertical bar (120m with x2 pedestrian gates and x2 vehicle gates) Jacksons 1800mm steel post & chain link (90m with x2 vehicle gates) Amhurst Primary School- Zaun 1800mm Tennis steel mesh (275m with x5 pedestrian gates and x2 vehicle gates) Vale Primary School- Jackson 1800mm timber vertical hit&miss (70m with x1 vehicle gate) Zaun 1800mm hoop top steel vertical bar (50m with x1 pedestrian gate)
