The overall aim of this specific commission is to appoint a suitably experienced and reputable consultant that has worked at a senior event management level on large scale mass participation road based events to provide pre-event route & transport planning in the lead up to the event, and dedicated route management delivery during the live event (including the coordination of a range of onsite traffic and transport delivery personnel and stakeholders).
