Provision of an Employee Engagement Survey Mechanism for the Rehab Group

Tender description

The Rehab Group are seeking to appoint a supplier for an Employee Engagement Survey Mechanism which will include full life-cycle survey management and end to end process to include outcomes and recommendations. The two year, Single Party Framework agreement will be primarily for the provision of am employee survey platform/mechanism through which surveys can be hosted and circulated to Rehab Group employees. It is intended that there will be a primary engagement survey to allow for a more robust assessment and understanding of employee experience and engagement. This will be supplemented by regular and more targeted pulse surveys throughout the year. The number of surveys per year may be approximately four to six in total.
