Marketing Campaign for Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC)

The Authority has a requirement for a marketing campaign to support South East London Integrated Care System (ICS) with its Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) programme. 1.1. Objectives of the programme • Invite all eligible patients (ever smokers aged 55-74 years) for the whole South East London (SEL) population • Increase the uptake to 50% of those who have been invited on to the TLHC programme • Increase the uptake to 45% of those who have been invited on to the programme who live in the most deprived areas of SEL • Diagnose lung cancers at an earlier stage giving more treatment options. 1.2. Objectives of the campaign • Maximise reach and awareness of the programme in primary and secondary audiences • Engage new patients and re-engage patients that have been invited but have ignored invite • Trackable call to action for campaign • Localised by Boroughs currently live with TLHC; Greenwich, Southwark, Lambeth and Lewisham • Innovative and relatable content that speaks to some of the barriers of accessing the service
