The London Borough of Brent is seeking a provider to deliver supported living services for Clement Close, in the London Borough of Brent. Clement Close is a supported living scheme designed to support residents who have a sensory impairment, learning disability and may have additional communication needs and physical disabilities. The Council intends to commission a single organisation or consortium to deliver services; the service will be an integral part of care pathways for people with, sensory loss and additional communication needs, a learning disability and potentially physical disabilities, Autism, mental health and other complex needs to provide a continuum of care and support. We would like to invite interested providers to a virtual presentation delivered on Microsoft Teams outlining our requirements on Wednesday 20th December 2023, 10am – 11.30am.
