Tender description
The Contract will enable Westmorland & Furness Council to continue to meet its regulatory requirements in relation to the servicing and repair of lifts and hoists as specified in the Lifting Operations and Lowering Equipment Regulations (LOLER 1998) and Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER 1998). The Contract will also provide Westmorland and Furness Council with a means of installing new and resited Ceiling Track Hoists, and a consistent way of removing these when no longer required.
