Invitation to Tender for the design and delivery of a Post Graduate Diploma (Level 9) in Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE)

Tender description

A tender exercise is being conducted to select a third level provider to design and deliver a Post Graduate Diploma (Level 9) comprising of 60 ECTS, that incorporates both the HSE/SAFE Sponsorship Scheme leading to CN/MS and, a new Forensic Clinical Examiner (FCE) course. The newly designed programme to be readily available to commence studies in January 2025, unless otherwise agreed. The successful Tenderer will at their own expense meet with the HSE nominated person on a regular basis in order to update progress of aims and milestones and to take any remedial actions necessary. A signed service level agreement (SLA) with the successful Tenderer will include a schedule for such meetings, set by the Tenderer and in agreement with the sponsor.
