Consultancy project that will support Public Health, Children’s Services and Health & Adult Services with additional capacity to co-design internal structural changes which will ensure that Greenwich create a structure that will enable the Council to think differently, and more ambitiously, about how we can take a whole system approach to commission outcome based solutions which aligns with Our Greenwich – working collaboratively and innovatively with services and communities to focus on meaningful change which leads to improved outcomes and greater levels of partnership working.
