Tender description

The DIVERT programme is a Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) intervention targeting those aged 18-25 who are detained in police custody and are not currently in education, training or employment (ETE). MOPAC are conducting a process, performance and impact evaluation of this programme, and are seeking a provider to conduct fieldwork to form part of the wider qualitative research. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
