GB-Leeds: Conference, Catering and Accommodation Booking Platform

Tender description

The University of Leeds Conference Office and Catering Operation are seeking proposals for a room (venue) booking, catering, accommodation, and diary management system. The Conference Office manages over 150 events a year including multiday conferences, day meetings, receptions, dining events, and summer schools for both internal and external clients. Some events include the offer of accommodation. The catering team manage on average 40 delivered catering bookings per day, delivering to sites on campus and across the city. The requested system should be cloud based, intuitive to use for administrators and feature customisable with clear reporting capabilities. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
