North Somerset Council would like to invite you to quote for the development of a strategic outline business case for Food Works Phase 2. 1.2 This will be broken down into two phases of work, in which the delivery of the second will only be needed if this first phase, an updated and focused demand and need study, provides a positive outcome i.e., the first phase is a use case - this is needed before further work on an outline business case should be developed. We would welcome a joint quote which reflects the support and resource time needed from the operator The Food and Drink Forum. 1.3 The consultant will need to provide separate quotes and breakdown for both the first and second phase of the work.
