Flight Schedules Data Contract Award Notice

Tender description

This Contract Award Notice follows a competitive procurement process for the provision of a Flight Schedules Data Subscription Service. The DfT requires access to a detailed dataset on flight schedules to monitor the capacity and connectivity of the aviation sector and respond to any business-critical disruption in air transport. To both anticipate and identify disruptions to flights, the DfT requires detailed information about flight schedules at UK and overseas airports in an accessible format which is easy to analyse. The service enables unrestricted download of data snapshots, both forward looking and historical. Data will be updated on at least a weekly basis. The data will be provided in a format that suits DfT business requirements, in a tool that is easy to query.
