Tender description
The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) would like to invite interested parties to attend an Early Market Engagement (EME) Event concerning the provision of services to deliver Effective State and Democracy in Zambia (ESDZ). ESDZ aims to embed democratic values in Zambia’s institutions and practices and support an inclusive, effective state, which delivers poverty reduction and growth for all its citizens. ESDZ has a budget of £30m over seven years, with an anticipated start date of end of Q1 FY24/25. The EME session will take place 10:00-11:00 a.m. GMT on Thursday 14 December 2023. This will be online event via Microsoft Teams, with representation from both the project office in Lukasa, Zambia and FCDO Commercial. This is not a call to competition and does not constitute the commencement of the procurement process. The use of PQQ functionality is for the purpose of dialogue with the supplier base following the EME event.
