Wiltshire Council and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) would like to advise of the upcoming tender of the Dementia Advisors and Dementia Community Services contracts. Dementia Advisors is a service that provides continuous support and advice for those diagnosed with dementia and their carers throughout their journey living with dementia. Dementia Community Services encompasses the delivery of day services which promote social inclusion and interaction, supporting individuals to learn about how to live with dementia and provide an environment where there is no stigma attached to dementia.
