Corner Plot - MEP Services

Tender description

Rochdale were looking to appoint a consultant to provide MEP Services for Stage 2-5 on the works taking place at the Corner Plot, Rochdale Station Square. The roles and requirements will include, Scope of Works Works to planning submission: • Issue energy strategy document • Attend client / DTM's meeting • General planning support Works to contract award (Stage 3 - Tender): • Issue full MEP package for tender • Undertake stage 3 MEP design • Undertake stage 3 calculation • Issue stage 3 MEP specification • Issued design Stage 3 SAP calculation / Part L calculation • Issue energy strategy document • Attend client / DTM's meeting Works to construction period (Stage 5): • Contractor design, general checking role In line with the Council's CPR's, the route to market utilised was through Constellia neutral vendor framework. The Council determined that TACE Manchester Limited could provide the best offer for this project, and so were awarded the work through direct award process.
