Contract for Installation and Maintenance of ‘Fast’ Electric Car Charging Facilities. 7 year contract with an option to extend for up to 36 months. PHASE TWO Phase 2 includes the following sites: • Penlan Leisure Centre • Penyrheol Leisure Centre • Morriston Leisure Centre • Bishopston Leisure Centre • Singleton Boating Lake • Pennard Library • Fendrod Lake • Brynhyfryd Square • Llansamlet Station • Uplands Hub • Sketty Hub • Killay Hub • Alexandra Road, Mount Pleasant Once a charge point has been installed the Council require a 7 year maintenance agreement with an option to extend for a further 36 months. Any charge points installed in phase 2 will require a 7 year maintenance agreement from installation date with an option to extend for a further 36 months.
