Tender description

The enhancements to Devonshire street aim to include widenening the footway on both sides of the street increasing the space for pedestrians and businesses to utilise, enabling opportunities for seating, street furniture, cycle parking spaces and trees, making the area more pedestrian friendly and less car dominant. There will also be the removal of the bus lane and stop to futher enhance the pedestrian dominance vision. The Council will commission the Works in two distinct stages: • Stage 1: Design, development, consents and approvals. • Stage 2: Construction This is the award for the stage 2 construction contract
