Tender description

THA are looking to enter an agreement with an organisation to carry out works that relate to subsidence damage caused by defective drains and/or adjacent tree roots which has resulted in compaction of made-up ground. The work comprises of preparatory works, underpinning to gable elevation and part front elevations, clay board replacement, concrete reinforcement, helibar reinforcement, remedial works following opening up, masonry, plasterwork, joinery, drainage, clean and completion. It will be mandatory to provide gas and electrical safety certification following any M&E works.
