Framework Agreement for building contractors for Dublin Fire Brigade Fire Station Response Maintenance Works. The works envisaged are maintenance repair works, which are required to be completed promptly when a service call is raised. With regard to the framework duration and estimated value, the limits that apply to the use of the TMRC with framework agreement are: (i) The Maximum Sum included in the contract shall not exceed €2.0m and; (ii) The maximum duration shall not exceed 4 years in the case of single party framework. The works envisaged are response maintenance repair works, which are required to be completed promptly when a service call is raised. The typical works envisaged are as follows:- Localised repairs to fire stations (i.e. roofs, internal finishes floors, ceilings, walls, partitions, etc) Replacement / upgrade of sanitaryware Mechanical and Electrical maintenance (heating systems/boilers/hot and cold water etc.) Decoration works
