Confirm if you require a contracted out service or supply of resource Contracted out service: the off-payroll rules do not apply Summary of work As part of a dynamic EPR Programme team operating within ULHT, the supplier must provide an individual who will provide programme directorship, day-to-day leadership and co-ordination of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) System programme delivery. This is a very complex and impactive programme which will have an effect on the whole Trust. The role will ensure that our services, practices, and resources are effectively applied in order to deliver the programme within timescale and to budget. The Individual to be provided from the supplier must be in line with the attached EPR Programme Director job description. Where the supplied staff will work East Midlands Why the work is being done ULHT provides acute care across Lincolnshire. The Trust has a number of hospitals and include two emergency departments and a provides a host of other services. The Trust is digitally immature and the implementation of a Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system is a major part of the Trusts strategy. The Trust is currently carrying out a procurement for the selection of a new EPR system. We are looking for a Programme Director to take the lead of the project, support the procurement and development of the Full Business Case and potential deployment of the new system. It is expected that the EPR contract will be signed late summer 24 with implementation commencing later that year. The business problem you need to solve Required outputs include: • Provide full direction the EPR Programme. • Development of a complaint Full Business Case (FBC). • Management of all programme staff. • Provide c-level engagement. • Provide advice and assistance to the programme team. • Provide reporting as necessary for the SRO. • Management of programme resources. • Programme planning. • Escalation. • Management of the supplier relationship.
