Tender description

New 5 year contract to procure a fraud case management system. Intec have supplied BCC for several years and we currently use thier Incase365 system. A fraud case management system has specific requirements and we have looked at other case management systems used by BCC (eg iCasework) to see if they fit our specification, but they do not. We have requested a quote from another supplier (Datatank) for their fraud case management to ensure that Intec are still competitive and providing value for money. Datatank have quoted £60K for a 5 year period which is an additional £15K. Intec offer a further 10% discount if payment is in full for the 5 year period.
