Tender description

The Government of Jersey will shortly be launching a procurement of an Electronic Content Management solution and associated scanning services. This is to facilitate the digitisation of the active portion of the Government’s legacy paper documentation under the Records Transformation Programme (RTP). This procurement will consist of two lots: Lot 1: Enterprise content Management – an enterprise-wide content management solution intended to be made available across the organisation Lot 2: Scanning Bureau Services – the installation of on-island scanning services, initially in the form of a small-scale pilot bureau (but with provision for expansion into a larger operation).
