The scope of this tender is to review proposals for the provision of rendering, lintel replacement, removal and re-instatement of CWI, window replacement and various external and internal works in Pontnewydd, Cwmbran. The area in scope of this ITT is: • 1-7 Celyn Court, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, NP44 1HJ • 8-14 Celyn Court, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, NP44 1HJ • 15-21 Celyn Court, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, NP44 1HJ • 1-7 Hillside Court, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, NP44 1LS • 8-14 Hillside Court, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, NP44 1LS Bron Afon is looking to commence works with the appointed Contractor from March 2024. The contract term will be for 16 weeks.
