Soft Market Test (SMT) for Peterborough City Council requirement for the provision and operation of a service to include the supply, operation, data quality checks, and maintenance of the network of the Outstations and associated Data Management System and On-line user Interface. The Economic Operator to be appointed at a future tender process must demonstrate that they have experience and competence in Winter Bureau and Road Weather Outstation Maintenance Services. Please note that this market testing exercise is not an invitation to tender or a request for formal expressions of interest. The SMT document does not form any part of an invitation to tender.
