Provision of Voluntary Family Support Services

Tender description

The City of Doncaster Council are seeking provision of a volunteer service to provide support for parents to give their children the best possible start in life and to make a positive impact for families in Doncaster. The service will:- Enable parents of children ages 0-5 years to effectively support their child's developmental needs and to thrive, prioritizing families with children aged 0 to 2 years; Enable families with children aged 0-5 years to sustain the improvements made by the family as a 'step down' service from targeted support provided by specialist early Help Providers (e.g. Health Visiting Services). The Council wishes to promote healthy lifestyles for children to be safe, fit, well fed, clothed, educated and given access to all the opportunities that Doncaster has to offer.
