PR9446 Appointment of a Main Contractor for the construction of the Wood Green Integrated Hub

Partners Procurement Service (“PPS”) on behalf of the Whittington Health NHS Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this standard Selection Questionnaire ("SQ") in connection with the competitive procurement of the Appointment of a Main Contractor for the construction of Wood Green Integrated Hub. Lot 1: The Wood Green Integrated Hub will be provided within the Wood Green Shopping Mall, in space leased from the Shopping Mall Landlord, and alongside the recently opened Community Diagnostic Centre. 2751sqm of space over 2 floors will enable health and care services to be provided from an extremely accessible and highly visible location. The aim of this procurement is to appoint a Contractor for the construction (including Contractor’s Design Portion (“CDP”)) of the Wood Green Integrated Hub (a Whittington Heath delivered, multi-organizational, community-based project that will provide a new location for the relocation of a number of WH existing services, alongside primary care, mental health, and local authority services.)
