My Home Life - Professional Support and Development Programme

The My Home Life programme provides learning and development to managers and leaders in social care, this is unique programme that brings learning and experience from across the social care sector. This programme provides social care managers with learning and professional support to develop themselves but also their staff, leading to better run and managed services which improve the outcomes for people of Liverpool using services. We have run 4 previous cohorts of this programme for care home managers and now wish to extend the offer to managers of Home Care, Supported Living and community support services, where there is an identified need for service improvement.
