Provision of Residential Care (which includes care and accommodation) that will meet the needs of younger adults aged 18-64 with Mental Health needs and/or Learning Disability, including Autism and people on the neuro -diverse pathway in the Borough of Darlington. A market development session was held at the Dolphin Centre on Wednesday 22nd November to share and discuss the specifications for the contracts which will be procured in 2024. Unfortunately, many providers of residential care were unable to attend, the Council is acutely aware of how busy Providers are and that sometimes it is easier to meet on Teams therefore would like to suggest that we meet over Teams on Monday 4 December 2 - 3pm The Council and Providers will then have an opportunity to focus on the draft specification and the proposed outcomes for the Service.
