Manufacture and Supply of Central Column Mock Up

Tender description

In support of the UK based STEP fusion project, under the STORM programme, UKAEA aims to demonstrate the feasibility of some high-risk elements of the STEP design. This is being demonstrated through full-scale physical mock-up trials, at the premises of UKAEA. The results of these trials will inform the final design of the relevant components and systems. This RFP covers The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority ("the Authority's") requirement for the manufacture and assembly of a Central Column Mock-up (CCM) and an associated Central Column Maintenance Stand (CCS). Please note that due to sensitive information contained within the tender documents, interest suppliers will be required to agree and sign an NDA.
