Tender description

You will provide independent support for the development of an evidenced based Housing Decarbonisation Strategy (HDS) for Cornwall through its key stages, in consultation with Cornwall Council’s Housing Decarbonisation Team. This development will be required to meet the agreed corporate approach, decision making and approvals. This is phase one of a wider Housing Decarbonisation Programme and aims to take the strategy through to adoption by the Council at the end of 2024.
