This opportunity was for the replacement of the roofs on the units in the Fordhouses Industrial Estate. As in their present state of disrepair and poor conditions they have become a Health & Safety risk and have also been deemed uneconomical to repair. The contract was awarded via the JCT D&B Contract 2016
