Tender description

The works comprises (i) the carrying out and completion of the construction of a new multi-use mezzanine floor office space in the existing garage unit at Kilsyth Road Workspace, Kirkintilloch and (ii) the carrying out and completion of the design and construction of the parts of the works which this Scope states that the Contractor is to design and (iii) the provision of all necessary resources for all such purposes, including, without limitation, all necessary management, staff, supervision, labour, equipment, plant, fabrication, materials, goods, off-loading and distribution, setting out, testing, and commissioning. The carrying out and completion of the construction of a new multi-use mezzanine floor office space in the existing garage unit at Kilsyth Road Workspace, Kirkintilloch. The works include: - Enabling works. - Demolition, downtaking and alteration work. - New windows and doors (external and internal). - Joinery (new timber frame structures). - Masonry works. - Structural steelwork. - M&E installation. - Floor finishes. - Decorating works. - Ancillary works. - Plumbing and sanitaryware.
