Tender description

This contract is for the provision of Home Share. Home Share is accommodation with up to five bedrooms for five different households/individuals to share. Each person must have their own bedroom and can share bathroom, living room and kitchen. This accommodation does not breach the Unsuitable Accommodation Order. There will be no staff working within the property other than attending to Property Manager duties, repairs and maintenance etc. To be deemed as suitable, accommodation must also be accessible 24 hours a day. Contract is a Direct Award from: CT0627 Temporary Accommodation Flexible Purchasing System, Category 1 - Temporary Accommodation with Access to Visiting Support. Sub-Category 1B - Home Share
