Call Out Building Maintenance Works for the Technological University of the Shannon Midwest Campuses

The selected contractor will provide a general building maintenance service for Technological University of the Shannon Midwest campuses in Limerick including Moylish Park, Clare Street , Georges Quay ,Merriman House. These services may also be required at our Clare campus in Ennis and at our Tipperary campuses in Clonmel and Thurles. Works are likely to include building maintenance of minor electrical works, plumbing, joinery, ironmongery, doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, insulation, roof repairs and cleaning, footpaths, roads, car parks, street furniture, sewers, drains, guttering, ground clearance and building fabric in general, provision of transit van that may be used for transportation of furniture, dry waste collection. Works may also include building maintenance in relation to construction sites, fitout, refurbishment of offices and classrooms or demolition works as needs require.
