Market Engagement for Spectrum Monitoring Centre Monitoring Solution Upgrade. Ofcom is keen to speak with companies that may be able to provide spectrum monitoring solutions. This is to support Ofcom to understand the market, costs, implementation periods and risks to support building a business case for this solution. Ofcom is looking to explore and consider the systems and equipment available in the marketplace that could provide the capabilities to automatically monitor and record radio spectrum activity from High Frequency (HF) and above, with a high level of resolution, audio quality and direction-finding information automatically.
