Tender description

This Award Notice follows the University of Chester seeking tenders for the provision of mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance services throughout its University's sites. This further competition was under Lot 2a of the CCS Facilities Management & Workplace Services RM6232. The reactive service covers maintenance for all building fabric, mechanical and electrical, and fixtures and fittings. This will also include PPM and callouts for all HVAC, automatic doors, automatic barriers, movable walls, lightning protection, and emergency lighting. All values in this award notice have been rounded up and estimated based on previous spend information and in consideration of the further competition pricing returns. This award notice is now being published following completion of the contract documents and the final signature on the Call Off Order Form being signed on 21st November 2023.
