An expression of interest exercise for Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council Project: Market Kiosks for Ashton Market Value: £800,000 (approximate) Expression of Interests called for the design and build of 12no. modular kiosks to be occupied by a range of market traders including F&B, non-food retail and general market produce. The kiosks are to be timber framed with various openings and will be clad in a range of materials. The design of the kiosks will need the current RIBA stage 3 design to be developed by the contractor into manufacture and through building control approval prior to construction and delivery.
