Cheshire East Council are looking for a digital platform to enable Children, Young People and their families to access low level emotional health and wellbeing support. The subject of this notice is the he digital offer which will provide virtual support, but will form part of the wider Healthy Young Minds service. The HYM service builds on the success of its predecessor, Emotionally Healthy Children and Young People (EHCYP). The EHCYP service was commissioned in 2019 with the aim of achieving efficiencies by integrating education settings with children’s specialist mental health providers, to create a clearly defined universal and targeted offer. The HYM service will continue to capitalise on this collaborative approach, widening its reach to create an alliance of statutory, specialist and voluntary sector providers to shift system focus onto early intervention and prevention.
